Job Responsibilities
As the Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in our marketing strategy, amplifying our brand presence and fostering community engagement. You will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and comments; respond in a timely manner to enhance customer relationships.
- Analyze performance metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to align content with promotional initiatives and branding efforts.
- Engage with online communities to build brand loyalty and enhance customer trust.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective digital presence.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all social media platforms.
- Develop social media campaigns to promote new product launches, discounts, and community events.
- Prepare reports on social media performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging social media channels.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including their algorithms, best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
